Describe a place for which you feel a fondness or connection:

I am extremely found of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. As a child, I often visited Colorado in both the summer and winter. I fell in love with the landscape, weather, and wildlife. I try to get back as many times as I can to visit friends and enjoy all the state has to offer.

What change do you passionately want to happen?:

I am passionate about engaging people in different ways around collectively addressing difficult public affairs issues. I am also passionate about exploring how to cultivate the latitude for public employees to engage in creative experimentation, leading to innovation in the public sector. As a perennial idealist and optimist, I hope to engage in actions that will ultimately, one day, lead to change at a systemic level.
