Environmental Justice is the pursuit of equal justice and equal protection under the law for all environmental statutes and regulations without discrimination based on race, ethnicity or socioeconomic status. The movement has caused community groups to form and find solutions to environmental problems that effect their communities. This module will provide an overview of the Environmental Justice movement and its relationship to public health and highlight what Minnesotans are doing create a healthy living environment for all.
