Minnesota Presencing Community

The Presencing process (also known as Theory U) is a journey that connects us more deeply both to what wants to emerge in the world and to our emerging, higher self. An international network has developed to apply the Presencing approach in organizational and social change. Here is more information about the approach from the Presencing Institute. This article by Albert Linderman provides an introduction to Presencing and Minnesota Presencing activities.

The goal of the Minnesota Presencing Community is to strengthen the Minnesota hub of people practicing awareness-based collective action methods in pioneering a more sustainable, inclusive, and aware society.

Upcoming Events:

Minnesota Social Innovation Lab, May 22 from 8:30 to Noon.: The Social Innovation Lab is a quarterly, half-day gathering that brings together tools, projects, and networking to increase capacity for social innovation, for the purpose of building sustainable and inclusive communities in Minnesota. The Presencing approach and community are foundations for the lab.

Minnesota Presencing Gatherings "Harvest Basket"
About 250 people participated in four Minnesota Presencing Gatherings in the fall of 2011 and winter of 2012. At this link, you can find our growing "harvest basket" of ideas, videos, and photos that came out of those gatherings, helping us understand what awareness-based collective action is already happening in Minnesota, and what new forms of that action is seeking to emerge. The image below is from one of the many resources available on the harvest page.
