Strengthen your public speaking, cross-cultural and intergenerational skills while helping Minneapolis young people prepare for careers and college!

The Success Speakers program equips professionals to make more effective public presentations and to better relate across cultural and generational lines, while also preparing Minneapolis Public Schools students to be successful in college and careers.

The Success Speakers program combines formal training with classroom presentation to hone participants’ abilities to present in public and to relate to those from different cultures and generations. In addition to building professionals’ skills, the program will inspire MPS high school students to professional success by exposing them to a variety of career options.
