Developing Courageous Leaders and Engaging Entire Communities in Solving Problems - 2009 Household Survey in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

This snapshot is based on completed telephone surveys from mid-September through November 24, 2009, with a random sample of 1200 households, 400 each in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Respondents are age 18 to 95. The research was conducted by Wilder Research.
