Building Community Resilience to Disasters

A brief roadmap created by the RAND Corporation to help communities build resilience. Eight identified levers of community resilience (areas in which communities might need to build capacity) include: wellness, access, education, engagement, self-sufficiency, partnership, quality, and efficiency.
