Transformational leadership is about creating a world that works for all. It is found where new vision and systems-change- thinking meet inclusive co-creation. Holistic in our sensibilities, morally mature and willing to take risks, we are committed to personal, organizational and social transformation.

Heartland Transformational Leader Circles (TLC) are a self-selecting community of peers who gather to confront the pressing issues of our time. This is an opportunity to broaden your horizons, deepen peer relationships and explore profound improvements to our world.

What will we do at the Receptions?
Over a light breakfast you’ll learn how the Transformational Leader Circles have evolved over 13 years and how they will benefit you in your life and work. You will hear from founders Patricia and Craig Neal, along with members, about why the TLC is important in these times for you and the future of our communities, organizations and the world.
