Recreation Programming Joint Powers Agreement between Maplewood and North Saint Paul

The Cities of Maplewood and North St. Paul have collaborated in the area of Parks and Recreation. Specifically, the Cities signed a Joint Powers Agreement for the City of Maplewood to provide recreational programming for North St. Paul including their Community Center and Parks. The collaboration has led to new offerings for North St. Paul and Maplewood residents at a fraction of the existing cost by using the economies of scale that exist between both communities.
