U of M report to cities: You have to innovate and redesign
The University of Minnesota's Humphrey School has put out a report aimed at Minnesota local governments, talking about why they need to innovate and redesign, offering a variety of ways to think about that and pointing out a number of steps already taken by cities, schools and counties around the state.
