Love this blog - thanks for the cross-post on InCommons, Nate. This approach to living really resonates with me. I recently heard someone say that when using the glass half full/empty analogy when thinking about people's skill-sets, the answer is "yes". We all have areas of strength and struggle. The wisdom is in knowing what's what - and acting accordingly.
