Susan,

This sounds very exciting! What will these world cafe-conversations be addressing, just out of curiosity?

Also, have you thought about giving everyone an iPad, and using that as a harvesting-tool? ... ;-) Kidding/I wish!

I love this idea of adaptive hosting (is that a real phrase yet? It should be!) and having everyone make what they can out of the setting they're in.
