Molly joined the Bush Foundation in August 2011 as an engagement specialist for InCommons. A firm believer that "we can do so much more together than any of us can alone," she enjoys meeting, supporting and connecting the inspiring people who are working together to solve problems in our community.

Molly began her career working for a collaboration of three local HIV/AIDS service organizations. From there, she grew into the director of volunteer services role at Open Arms of Minnesota, a meal delivery program for people living with chronic and progressive illness. During that time, she was also an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas, co-teaching a class on "Community Action and Social Change." She has also worked as a consultant for local and international nonprofit organizations, with a focus on program development, collaboration and community outreach.

Molly and her partner, Eric, are busy learning about home ownership in their "new" 104-year-old home in the Central neighborhood of south Minneapolis.
