Brian joined the foundation in August 2011 as the online engagement specialist for the InCommons initiative. Prior to joining the foundation, Brian served in various community development and community building roles both online and offline. He is originally from Iowa and studied in North Dakota where he completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at North Dakota State University.
